Standing still, in a hazy
darkness
You sing your prayers to
His Highness
You stand with arms
extended, waiting
Just waiting for something
while praying
Praying with songs but
never reaching
You can never reach those
deafened ears
Keep singing, but it could
take years
For the Gods have long
since sailed away
But, now I can see - you
know how to pray...
